Texans will face fewer obstacles to voting this fall, thanks to a ruling last month by the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals. But voters should still educate themselves on the process that will be used.
The 5th Circuit, one of the most conservative appellate jurisdictions in the country, ruled that the voter ID law passed in Texas in 2011 violates U.S. law prohibiting racial discrimination in elections. Read More:
